RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at half & half. We want you to love your purchase!

IMPORTANT: PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS

All half & half products are custom-made to order. This means each item is specially created for you after you place your order, which affects our return policy.

WHAT WE CAN AND CANNOT ACCEPT

Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand products, we cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Sizing issues (please check size charts before ordering)
- Minor color variations between screen display and printed product
- Personal preference or style changes

WHAT WE WILL REPLACE OR REFUND

We will gladly replace or refund items that arrive:
- Damaged during shipping
- With printing defects or quality issues
- Materially different from the product description
- In the wrong size or color due to our error
- Defective due to manufacturing faults

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR REFUND

You have 7 days after receiving your item to report any issues.

To start a return, contact us at help@halfandhalf.shop with:
- Your order number
- Photos clearly showing the issue
- Description of the problem

We will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours.

APPROVED RETURNS

If your return is accepted:
- We'll provide instructions on how to return the item
- You may need to send the item back for inspection
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted
- We'll either send a replacement or process a refund

REFUNDS

Once we've received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved:
- You'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method
- Refunds typically process within 10 business days
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at help@halfandhalf.shop.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to:
1. Request a return for the item you have
2. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the correct item

This ensures you get the right product as quickly as possible.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following cannot be returned:
- Products ordered with incorrect size/color by the customer (please check carefully before ordering)
- Products damaged after delivery
- Products without proof of purchase
- Gift cards (if we offer them)

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

Note: We currently ship to UK addresses only. If we expand to the EU in future:

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be in the same condition as received - unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

ABOUT HALF & HALF

These products are created by Sophie and Molly, young entrepreneurs raising funds for their school trips. Each item is ethically produced by our partner Printful using premium Stanley/Stella organic cotton.

We ask for your understanding with our return policy given the custom nature of production, and we truly appreciate your support.
